This Cancellation and Refunds policy concerns all purchases made on https://nstationery.in/ which is a website owned and managed by 'Copy Crunch Marketing', which is registered in 30 Ripon Street, Kolkata, West Bengal, India 700016. The terms 'We', 'Us', 'Company', 'Website' refers to Copy Crunch Marketing.

The terms 'You', 'Visitor', 'User', 'Buyer, refers to any person or entity that uses, visits or makes any purchase on the website https://nstationery.in/

  • The terms stated here can be changed without notification to user / buyer / customer / visitor. However, we will issue email notification to all registered users in case of a major policy change
  • Purchase orders submitted on https://nstationery.in/ cannot be cancelled or revoked by customers / buyers / users
  • Purchase orders cannot be cancelled by buyers / customers / users in the event of an unforeseen circumstance due to which processing and delivery of order is delayed. Under such circumstance fulfillment process will be resumed and fulfilled as and when possible. However, we may choose to cancel the customer's / buyer's purchase order and provide refund / credits
  • Purchased orders can be cancelled by us in the event that we are not able to fulfill the order. In such circumstance the amount paid by the buyer against the purchase order shall be refunded. Notification will be issued to the buyer in case we are unable to fulfill the order
  • Purchase orders shall be considered duly fulfilled and completed on date(s) communicated to us by our shipping partner. If the customer / buyer / user has not received the delivery of appropriate product(s) or failed to receive any delivery, then user may contact our support team at support(at)nstationery(dot)in
  • Customer / buyer / user can report receipt of damaged products. Such claims shall be considered by our team and replacement or refund will only be offered if the products have a manufacturing defect. No cancellation or refund is provided if product(s) are damaged / mutilated or suffer reasonable wear and tear due to regular / irregular use after they have been delivered to the customer.   • Non-delivery claims can be raised up to 7 days after the stipulated maximum date of delivery. Damage claims can be raised up to maximum of 5 days after date of confirmed delivery
