Return and Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Custom or personalized stationery items cannot be returned unless defective.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

How to Return Contact us at special-requests@nstationery.in with your order number to initiate a return. We'll provide return instructions and address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for different designs or products of equal value, subject to availability. Return shipping costs and re-shipping costs will be charged.
